24 November 2006 TRATOKI toolkit presented At their final conference in Vienna, Austria on 23 November 2006, the TRATOKI partnership has presented a toolkit for SMEs, summing up the know-how and experiences gained through the TRATOKI project. It describes tools and opportunities available to assist SMEs in terms of know-how and infrastructure, new markets and finance. The toolkit is targeted at regional practitioners, planners and decision-makers for regional development, their teachers and consultants and people who design, implement or administer support in: • regional and local administration • parliaments and other decision-making bodies • development agencies • public banks • private consultancy • universities • NGOs • investors funds • national and international action committees ….
