28 November 2006 INTERREG IIIC film ready to stream! The East Secretariat has produced a new promotional film that was featured at the Euregia exhibition in Leipzig and at the INTERREG IIIC Forum in Lille. The film is now available in web stream version. The film illustrates how INTERREG IIIC helps to create knowledge infrastructure for the future by establishing networks across Europe.
