28 June 2007 INTERREG IIIC West welcomes its new Communication Officer INTERREG IIIC West is pleased to welcome its new Communication Officer, Nuala Morgan, to the Secretariat. Nuala, from Northern Ireland, arrived mid- June and is replacing Amy Labarrière. Before moving to Lille, Nuala was Communications and Project Manager in Paris for an online European magazine, cafebabel.com. Nuala has a degree in Business and Politics from Trinity College, Dublin, and speaks English and French. She will be working with Michel Lamblin and in coordination with the other JTS Communication Officers to implement the programme’s communication strategy.
